Workshop 4: Tips and Tricks for Initiating Conversations with Coworkers

Our fourth and final session, Tips and Tricks for Initiating Conversations with Coworkers: Building Worker Power in the Face of Climate Crises will provide tools for how we can initiate conversations with coworkers to identify shared interests for change and work toward organizing together.

We will begin this session by sharing an overview of how we conducted our climate and labour project to connect with workers through conversation and build a list of demands together. Our guest speakers, Laura and Yaosca will then share their experiences of using Workers’ Inquiry as an effective and powerful tool for connecting with coworkers.
