Accessibility Statement
The Worker Solidarity Network is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We recently underwent a website redesign project to improve accessibility and user experience for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards. The WSN website was last tested and updated in June 2024.
We have outlined where our website meets WCAG 2.1 AA requirements, and the very few aspects that do not, below, for full transparency and accessibility to any users.

Guideline 1.1: Provide text alternatives for all non-text content.
A – There are captions and alt text for all images that appear on the site.
Guideline 1.2: Provide synchronized alternatives for multimedia.
AA- All internally-created content provides captioning. Our Zoom meetings have live captioning by REV Live. Videos not created or hosted by the Worker Solidarity Network may not have captioning.

Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Worker Solidarity Network is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
