For best results, apply when autumn air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts spreader to apply grass seed mix when seeding a new lawn or overseeding an existing lawn (please refer to the label for specific spreader settings). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until your new seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
